Donor Transparency Policy

The Centre for Responsible Drug Policy ("CRDP") values transparency with its funding. Such funding may come from sources including, but are not limited to: (1) grant-making nonprofit foundations; (2) for-profit companies; (3) private individuals.

Private individuals who donate $500 or more to the CRDP and who wish to stay anonymous may not appear on our public list of funders. All other private individuals who donate $500 or more will be listed. All incorporated donors who give $500 or more to the CRDP in any year will be made public, with the exception of donations that originate from anonymous private individuals and which are trivially mediated through an incorporated entity.

Accepting financial support does not mean that the CRDP endorses donors’ ideologies, opinions, services, or products. Editorial decisions are controlled solely by the organization, as detailed in our Editorial Independence Policy.
